Morgan received her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Scranton (PA), where she was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, then earned her M.S. and completed over 750 hours of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) student at the University of Maryland Baltimore.

Licensed as both an NP and Registered Nurse in Maryland, Morgan’s diverse clinical experience includes service at a variety of local clinics and offices. In her time away from work, Morgan enjoys traveling and volunteering her time with The Healing Hands Foundation to perform pro bono plastics and cosmetics procedures in under resourced countries.

Morgan, who joined Anne Arundel Dermatology from another large national cosmetics corporation, and was the very first Practitioner who was formerly located out of our Giddings Annapolis office.  As of September 2019, Morgan has now relocated to her new home, and has aided in the launch of Meridiem DermSpa in Millersville; she possesses extensive experience in both assessing patients’ suitability for and performing nonsurgical cosmetic services including CoolSculpting, Injections, Dermal Fillers, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, HydraFacial, Microneedling and Photofacials.

Rachel is a nurse practitioner certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).  She obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degrees from Salisbury University. Rachel's career in healthcare began as a Registered Nurse here in Maryland working with trauma and general surgical patients in the inpatient setting. She then pursued her passion for dermatology by training under top dermatologists in New York City. Rachel is committed to providing compassionate care with a patient-centered approach. She offers a variety of cosmetic services and is continually expanding her knowledge and skills to ensure each patient encounter is individualized and exceptional. Rachel is accepting patients at the Meridiem DermSpa in Millersville.

Sarah received her associates degree in nursing from Anne Arundel Community College in 2012. She then spent her first three years of nursing in the Emergency Room and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit before transitioning to Aesthetics and Cosmetics in 2015.

Sarah possesses extensive experience in performing nonsurgical procedures including Injections, Dermal Fillers, Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting, and Photofacials.

She is dedicated to helping her patients look and feel their best, and is now accepting patients at the Millersville location.

Claire Schroyer is a Registered Nurse who is licensed in the state of Maryland.

Claire earned her Bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University. She then attended Howard Community College where she earned an Associate’s degree in Nursing in their accelerated nursing program.

After obtaining her nursing degree, Claire worked at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland before transitioning into Cosmetic Nursing. Claire then gained experience in Cosmetics, focusing on assessing and educating her patients to achieve their skin goals. Claire has experience in performing Body Sculpting treatments, along with HydraFacials, Laser Hair Removal, Skin Resurfacing Lasers and Chemical Peels. Claire is committed to making her patients look and feel their best. She is accepting patients at our Millersville location.

A Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and member of The National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, Suzanne possesses both a B.S. and M.S. in nursing.

She has worked in both general and cosmetic dermatology since 2014, however during her time at Anne Arundel Dermatology she has transitioned into the field of cosmetics and has had the pleasure of practicing cosmetic dermatology full time since 2018.

Suzanne is dedicated to improving her patients’ overall appearance and confidence. She is a strong believer in using a preventative approach while maintaining our most important accessory, our skin. She devotes herself to treat each and every patient as an individual, while creating a conservative, customized treatment and plan to fit their needs. With her extensive knowledge of skin care products and procedures, Suzanne looks forward to treating patients at our Westminster Meridiem DermSpa.

Susan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Frostburg State University in 1997 and worked for three years in the mental health field. She returned to school in 2000 at Frederick community college to pursue her nursing degree. She worked as an LPN in a long-term care facility while completing her RN degree. After receiving her degree in 2006 she began her career as a laser and cosmetic nurse and has been working in the field ever since.

She resides in Westminster, MD with her husband Steve and four children. She, along with her family, enjoys beach vacations, spending time outdoors, and supporting her favorite organization Pathfinders for Autism.
